Generating real-time feedback during the early stages of product development can be invaluable in analyzing a product’s potential for success. “Dogfooding Programs,” or deploying a product for internal use and testing before general release, is an effective and economical method for gathering this essential feedback.

We have experience initiating and executing dogfooding programs: defining and implementing program structure, product distribution, deployment, providing training and assistance, posting results from targeted surveys, and identifying and tracking defects.
