HR Training is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new online training platform: Paycom Learning. This major addition to our Paycom services will give you and your team direct access to our own in-house multimedia training, as well as to a catalog of courses provided by Paycom. This Learning Management System provides direct, 24/7 access to a wide variety of both required and optional training that is:

• On-Demand / Self-Paced: Training that works for your busy schedule, no matter where you are or what time zone you are in.
• Customized: Internal and external subject matter experts are building training to address specific on-the-job needs.
• Comprehensive and Targeted: This will be training comprehensive enough to give you end-to-end instruction about your job but will include individual lessons you can turn to right away when you need it most: on the job.
