Meet Mohammed Ahmed

Professional Background:
I’ve spent most of my professional career working in some type of consulting capacity. Whether that was supporting clients directly, such as helping eBay launch their social influencer program or managing the onboarding process for Cisco’s resellers, my passion has always been in optimizing business processes and outcomes. Now in my fourth year at Q Analysts, I’m leaning into doing just that.

What are your responsibilities here at Q Analysts?
As the Director of Global Operations, I oversee the infrastructure and operational processes for our Madagascar office. In essence, I want to make sure that from an execution POV, we’re ready to receive and complete any type of project that may need our offshore support. More recently, I’ve been tasked with supporting and rolling out our goal setting and performance management process and software as we look to onboard the entire corporate staff by year-end. Also, I currently consult on ongoing ISO and Managed Project/Services framework workstreams. Finally, I oversee a handful strategic teams at Facebook who are delivering high-quality work on some of Facebook’s most notable technology.

What are some of the things you like about Q Analysts and/or your job?
Working at Q Analysts has been an adventure! Every few months presents new challenges as the company is constantly evolving and looking to be nimble and responsive to the ever-changing market conditions in the AI space. As my responsibilities within the company have grown, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to affect change to drive towards our ambitious goals and I hope to continue to do so.

What are some of the projects/goals you plan to achieve here at Q Analysts for 2021 / 2022?
We have a very ambitious roadmap heading into 2022, including onboarding new processes, software, and framework(s) as we look to scale our operations to accommodate a growing, international employee base. I look forward to working alongside the amazing team we have here to do meaningful work that moves the needle for both our employees and clients.

What are some of your hobbies, etc.?
My hobbies include travelling the world with my family, going to the movies, listening to music, working out, playing basketball, reading, and backpacking, just to name a few.
