Welcome to the Q Analysts Web Portal. Your login information will be provided to you by your Q Analysts contact. Our portal will give you access to our online time reporting and your personal profile. After you login you will see a selection of tabs. Please ignore the desktop tab. The tabs relevant to you are the following:

Timecards tab enables you to enter your time for each week and submit it electronically. Online Timecards must be submitted to Q Analysts each Monday by 10 A.M. PST for the previous week's hours.

• You may log-in each day and enter your hours for the current period. Designate the Status as 'Draft' if you are keeping daily or intermediate time records.
• Change the Status to 'Submitted' once you are done with the relevant week.

Your Profile is your online view of your contact information, resume, and education and work history as they exist in our system. You can edit and change information as needed. If you make an address change you do need to notify the office.

Logout will log you out of the portal.

• You should verify if you can log-in from work due to firewall restrictions
• Your Browser should be IE 6.0 or higher
• Your OS should be Windows 2000 or higher
• Disable any Pop-up blockers or add www.bullhorn.com to your list of allowed sites under internet options.
